Dear Pavilion Staff,

Thank you for the floral arrangement sent to us and all the words of comfort upon the passing of our beloved, Helen ... The caring way in which you handled this difficult time for us was a reflection of the warmth and respect given to my mother for the past year at the Pavilion, and for that we are eternally grateful.

Making the decision to move my mother to an assisted living facility was frightening and confusing. From the moment I stepped through your doors I knew this was a place in which my mother could feel at home. Rosemary helped ease any concerns I had by keeping in touch with me and reassuring me that my mother was doing well. Sue and Terry answered my questions and gave helpful suggestions, and promptly informed us when there were concerns. Karen kept her active, sometimes looking for my mother and personally inviting her to activities that she knew she loved, such as bingo. While these ladies stand out in my mind, the entire staff helped make the last year of my mother's life full of friends, joy and comfort.
