Our Staff
Experienced and highly trained support staff members are on hand 24 hours a day to help those who require medication management, assistance with personal needs: bathing and grooming, toileting, dressing, mobility and eating. These are people who know more than their jobs - they know the power of a loving smile, a friendly word, a relaxed and patient attitude and, above all a sense of humor. And because they are trained to be observant and have enough time to spend with their charges, they are often the first to become aware of changes in a resident's state of mind or health.
The Pavilion residents needs are evaluated on a daily basis; medication is closely monitored and supervised, special attention is given to fluctuating dietary needs, especially fluid intake - crucial for maintaining spirits and energy. Staff taking time to talk with residents
